Rudolf Brunovs is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants and the Australian Institute of Company Directors and holds a Masters of Business Administration. He retired as a partner of the chartered accounting firm Ernst & Young (now EY) after 27 years in a number of their offices. He is currently a Director and the Principal of Mainstay Consulting Pty Ltd and Non-Executive Director of Deep Yellow Limited. He joined the Board of the Lions Eye Institute in 2005.
