Jordana was appointed the Lions Eye Institute’s Director People and Culture in 2019. She is a human resources practitioner with more than 15 years’ experience providing leadership, strategy, advice and operational delivery across all aspects of human resources. Jordana’s career spans a diverse range of organisational contexts and industry sectors. She has managed the human resources function in mining and financial services companies and in both listed organisations and the not-for-profit aged care sector. Jordana is responsible for leading the LEI’s people and culture strategic plan and operational delivery and for recruitment, learning and development, and employee relations.
